▼ How can I book and purchase a plan?

It’s a really simple process – and it’s all handled here on the website. Click on the Book Now button from the main menu or click on any of your chosen Plan box and away you go. You’ll be taken to the booking and registration page to purchase your Plan in just a few simple steps. All Travel Plans are individual or multiple pack flights for one return ticket per person according to your chosen Plan but you may also choose to have more than one Plan with the same account created with us for different dates or in case you wish to purchase additional plans for family or friends using your active account. After you have booked, registered and purchased your plan, you can always log in to your account to purchase additional plans during your existing plan and to manage your account. You will have plenty of time to plan your journey, reschedule your dates and destinations up to 30 days before your flight e-ticket is issued. We will take care of the rest for you.

▼ What are the benefits of booking, registering and purchasing a Plan?

You not only get in total control of how and where you travel but you totally remove the stress of last minute holiday planning and allow you to secure your holiday at a small 3, 6 or 12 monthly Premium or Diamond Plan fee only for the time you choose it for, so you can breathe easy in the lead up to your dream escape. Once you have booked and purchased your plan, you can simply make monthly payments interest free and choose any destination you like available in your Premium or Diamond plan.

▼ When and how my flight e-ticket will be issued?

For 3-Months Travel Plan


You can only travel on or after the day that your travel plan is due to end.

 

• Your e-ticket can be issued 15 days before the last month of your travel plan expires subjected to the final monthly payment due. If you wish to travel on the day that your travel plan contract is due to end, you must notify us 30 days before the end of your travel plan that you wish to do so and settle your final Plan payment. You must do so by email through our contact form providing your name, email and account number. We will then issue your e-ticket for your chosen destination and dates.

 

• We can also issue you your e-ticket up to 90 days after your full Travel Plan of 3 months has been paid just in the unlike event that you change your mind; your travel plans and arrangements or if you wish to travel a few months after your Plan period has ended or need more time to reschedule your journey. You must let us know of such changes 21 days before the end of your Travel Plan or your e-ticket has been issued so we can make the necessary re-arrangements. *Subjected to available dates and destinations at specific time of the year.

 

• We will be able to hold your booking for an extra 90 days after your Plan has ended. After 90 days of the end of your Travel Plan, extra fees and charges may apply. You may wish to terminate this contract and request your refund at any time subjected to the cancelation terms. After your E-ticket has been issued, all changes and matters you wish to do must be dealt straight with your airline subjected to their own terms and conditions.

 

For 6-Months Travel Plan


You can only travel on or after the day that your Travel Plan is due to end

 

• Your e-ticket can be issued 30 days before the last month of your Travel Plan expires subjected to the final monthly payment due. If you wish to travel on the day that your Plan contract is due to end, you must notify us 30 days before the end of your Travel Plan that you wish to do so and settle your final Plan payment. You must do so by email through our contact form providing your name, email and account number. We will then issue your e-ticket for your chosen destination and dates. *Subjected to available dates and destinations at specific time of the year.

 

• We can also issue you your e-ticket up to 90 days after your full Travel Plan of 6 months has been paid just in the unlike event that you change your mind; your travel plans and arrangements or if you wish to travel a few months after your Plan period has ended or need more time to reschedule your journey. For 12-Months Travel Plan


You will have the option to travel after the 7th month instalment has been paid subjected to the remaining Travel Plan instalments have been paid in full. You shall notify us 30 days before your 7th instalment is due so we can make the necessary travel arrangements.

 

• Your e-ticket can be issued 30 days before the last month of your Travel Plan expires subjected to the final monthly payment due. If you wish to travel on the day that your Plan contract is due to end, you must notify us 30 days before the end of your Travel Plan that you wish to do so and settle your final Plan payment. You must do so by email through our contact form providing your name, email and account number. We will then issue your e-ticket for your chosen destination and dates. *Subjected to available dates and destinations at specific time of the year.

How are my payments handled and where do they go during my plan period and before my e-ticket is issued?


Once you have booked and purchased your plan, you will make monthly payments interest free during your chosen period. Your payments will be made, transferred and held into Orus Travel Trust Account each month until the end of your plan so that your booking e-ticket can be issued based on the information you provided at the start of your registration and booking process. Our central system will automatically notify you by email one month before your departure date and your final payment notice will be sent. Once the final payment has cleared into the Trust Account, you will receive your e-ticket from the airline via email confirming your personal and flight details.

▼ What should I do if I experience inaccurate information on Orus Travel?

Our goal is to always show the best travel options based on our premium and diamond plans and holiday package with the most accurate information. Therefore we would really appreciate if would inform us via our website contact forms or feedback if we display information which is incorrect or not clear. Then we will look into the issue and take immediate action.


▼ Where can I check and edit my personal information?

You can check and edit your personal information in the settings screen in your account profile.


▼ If I want to cancel my Plan, how many days in advance do I need to do so?

We will regret to hear that and will always welcome you to join us again at any time.


If you decide to cancel your Plan you can do so 30 days before the ending period of your Plan or your ticket is issued. We will refund to you the full Plan Amount you have paid subjected to a 10% cancelation fee over the amount you already paid.


The joining fee is no refundable. We will refund the balance no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel using the same means of payment as you used for the initial joining transaction. 


You have the right to cancel this Agreement within 14 days from the start of the Agreement without giving any reason but you must let us know you wish to do so within the 14 - days period. After the 14 - days period, It’s important to us to know your reason for cancelation so we can better assist you and improve our services.


You may email us on contact@orustravel.com using the email that you used during the online joining process that you were sent or you may use the attached cancellation form https://www.orustravel.com/documents/cancellation-form.pdf but it is not obligatory.


To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.


▼ Can I have more than one Plan in case I want to travel to other destinations?

Yes, you can purchase our other Travel Plans or have multiple Plans if that suits your travel needs for the time you like. You can always renew your Travel Plan after expired or your e-ticket was issued.


▼ How long does it take to receive my refund after my Plan cancelation?

We will refund the balance no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel using the same means of payment as you used for the initial booking and joining transaction. The joining fee is no refundable.


We will refund to you the full Plan Amount you have paid subjected to a 10% cancelation fee over the amount you’ve already paid.


▼ Is the web site and booking process secure?

Yes, the Booking and Registration section of the website is secure, and any details entered will be encrypted before being sent to the server. All your personal and banking details will be kept secure private.


▼ How can I change or renew my Plan?

If you are a 3 or 6 - months member, you can change to 12 months plan 30 days before your Plan expires or we issue your e-ticket. Just Contact Us via our website and we will assess your Plan and process your request within 2 working days. We will get back to you with the best option according to your request. To renew or book again after your e-ticket was issued, just choose the Travel Plan that best suits you travel needs and join us as often as you like.


▼ Is my Plan endorsable or transferable?

Yes, you can endorse or transfer your Plan at any time to anyone you want before your e-ticket is issued.
